We’ll begin with an initial inspection of the fittings and fixtures to check for loose connections, signs of arcing, or moisture ingress. If no obvious issues are found, with the aid of our high-spec testing equipment, we shall then begin our methodical fault finding process to diagnose and eliminate the problem. Once these tests are complete, and the fault has been located, we shall discuss with you our findings, and will give advice and offer solutions on how the issue can best be resolved. If remedial work is needed to restore power or fix the fault, we’ll provide a detailed quotation before proceeding with any additional work. Most electrical faults such as fuseboard issues, nuisance tripping, blown fuses, tripping RCDs and poor connections, can be rectified and repaired immediately. However, in the event it is not possible as the rectification work is more complex, arrangements can be made to re-attend.
